1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at stacklabx.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on StacklabX's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Service Delivery
StacklabX provides custom software development and IT infrastructure services. Each project is governed by its own Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW), which supersedes these general website terms.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
